IPP version 1.4 contains several significant enhancements to the application toolbars that appear at the top and bottom of every Workplace application. Additional changes have been made to address known issues.
Toolbar Enhancements
A significant number of enhancements have been made to the application toolbars that appear at the top and bottom of every Workplace application. Highlights include:
- Cross Application Navigation
Users who have access to multiple IPP applications can now easily switch between applications directly from the toolbar without having to revisit their Workplace “My Applications” page.
- Ability to Share and Administer
Toolbar options have been added which allow:
- All users to edit their Workplace profiles
- Users with admin permissions to share the application with other users, manage application users / permissions, and manage their Workplace account
- Application Ratings
Users can post reviews and rate Workplace applications on a one- to five star scale. Rating / review information is presented in the Intuit Marketplace.
- Expiration Reminders
Users evaluating applications using Beta or Trial plans are presented with a reminder that indicates how many days remain before they need to select a paid subscription plan.
